How do you feel when you are about to perform, give a speech or present a project? This Guided Meditation using EFT Emotional Freedom Technique also known as tapping can help ease your anxieties. You can watch and either read the captions, or close your eyes and just listen and I’ll guide you through the points. You don’t have to repeat out loud after me as in a traditional EFT session. Just listen or watch and tap along. Or imagine tapping on the points as you listen. It’s up to you!
